History
Having lived here most of our lives and seeing the changes around us we can help newcomers through hands on, personalized services that range from providing tips and information about San Miguel to projects as big as building or remodeling a house.
For the community members, we help create links and positive relationships acting as a liaison that will help improve their lives and even their business.
After working for other companies and developments for more than 10 years. We found out how fulfilling it is to be able to make the difference between an ok and an excellent experience. So we decided to do just that. 5 years later here we are still learning yet still making that difference wich makes our time and efforts well worth it.

This is my 2nd time renting one of Kris’ properties. Just like the 1st, another great experience. The place was great. Clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us. Just a quick 5-10 min walk to the Jardin. Check in was easy. Kris is a great host and very responsive to inquiries. I will rent from him again. In fact, already re-booked with him for next year.

Kristopher could not have been a better host. He was more than attentive to our needs even installing new lights in the bedroom without being asked. The apartment was stylish and comfortable with two flat screen vs, a dud player with a wide selection of movies. The apartment is located in a quiet street overlooking a small plaza. It is a 10 minute walk to the main square, Jardin Allende. The kitchen is very well
equipped. We highly recommend this apartment.

Kristopher is a fantastic host, friendly and accommodating knowledgeable of the area. The apartment is as advertised, clean, and in a great location. We were easily able to walk all over the historical center from Kristopher's place and we always felt really safe
even waking home super late night. We'll definitely stay at Kristopher's place again next time if it's available and highly recommend to others.
